Kourtni is an absolute gem. She’s compassionate and recognizes that buying a home is more than a transaction. She’d make recommendations and researched ones that I thought may be good, pointing out what did or did not meet my “need” list. This kept me on track and motivated to find the perfect house, not just one that worked ok.
