It was so easy to work with Julia. She is very experienced, thorough, explains everything very clearly, and always had my best interest in mind. Julia is very detail oriented, and provided us with checklists for showing the house as well as a to-do-list once the house sold. She even recommended movers and various other vendors to make the exit out of our house as simple as possible. I highly recommend Julia if you are looking to sell or buy!
