I wanted to make an offer on a condo but I didn’t have an agent yet. I contacted Tracey McLachlan of century 21. Recommended to me by the Mb Métis federation. I recognized the name so I called. Tracey returned my call right away and even though she was unable to assist me that day she got her associate Tracey Anderson who met with me that afternoon. Tracey A submitted my offer and as soon as I got approved she took care of all my next steps and made the whole transaction seamless for me. As a first time home buyer I was extremely impressed and very happy with this whole process.

Betty and I were introduced to Tracey by our younger son ,who met her 11 years prior. Tracey is a very positive, friendly and personable individual. She kept in regular contact, was always available when we needed her and provided much needed encouragement when things seemed overwhelming . Both properties sold at a great price in a week or less.
