Steve has the breadth of experience to be able to manage and perform effectively in challenging market conditions.Steve was very careful and precise when reviewing and preparing the contacts and this gave us the comfort that our interests were being looked after.Whenever we sent an email we received a prompt reply that was clear and easy to understand. Steve was so helpful and friendly. He understood that rel estate purchases were new to me and did not suggest that I should know things that I didn't. He even provided a list of places for me to change my address, who to call to have the heat / hydro turned on etc.He was patient and never made me feel that i was pestering him. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an agent. thank you
