Laurie is very approachable and responsive. She's an excellent communicator. We worked with her on the sale of a previous house, and she was instrumental in finding the house we lived in for 8+ years. While we didn't received the price for our home that we had hoped to get, that was due to changes in the market, rather than anything that Laurie did or didn't do.
