Trevor went above and beyond for us. We had a interesting situation As we lived in a different province and had renters in our home. Our renters were very difficult once we put the house up for sale and tried everything for the home not to sell (between being difficult for showings, leaving home and yard a mess, being at the home, etc)

Trevor is an exemplary real estate agent who will happily go above and beyond for you - he sold our house in Qualicum Beach in ONE DAY for asking price in a somewhat sluggish market. This was our second time using Trevor as our agent - we bought a house with him at the start of COVID in 2020 when he went out of his way to video walk-through houses for us between Cowichan and Qualicum (even though he's based in Victoria and Mill Bay). We just purchased a home in the mid-upper island region with Trevor as our agent. This is not his usual region of sales so we couldn’t expect him to know a lot about the town he drove two hours to meet us in. was looking at houses online & ask a question. Within 5-10 mins had a call from Layne. He was so helpful answering all my questions, then got me in to see houses in the next few days.
He was amazing setting appts everytime my partner & I called, worked around our two crazy work schedule we both had.
When we finally fell in love with a house & he was busy, he had Trevor show us the house. Well Trevor was amazing that day, he took my partner to see the house during the day. Well she fell in love with it and said I must see it that day. Trevor arranged for me to see it after work at 9pm, amazing. After seeing it, I fell in love with it also.
Trevor & Layne made it happen for us to get in a bid on the house under the wire. We did get the house....thanks to them. Even though we had an excepted offer on the house & we needed to check more things out, Trevor went out of his way two more times to get us in.

Trevor and Layne were outstanding! They were very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in purchasing a house.
After a few trips to the island they got to know us and showed us many homes and learned exactly what we wanted in our home.
Trevor called us on a Thursday and showed us a video of the home he thought we would be interested in so we came over Friday and met at the house Saturday morning. As we were driving up the driveway to see the home Jim and I both said this feels like home. It was everything we wanted. We made the offer the same day and it was excepted!
We are now living in our new home and have no regrets whatsoever! It’s perfect!

Once again Trevor has gone above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied with this purchase. His time management skills are always impeccable. He is always making time for our discussions while being proactive in resolving any concerns or issues we had. His positive demeanour remains even in unfavourable situations such as being required to travel long distances to show us a home that he most likely knew was not going to be sale. I wasn’t even thinking of selling right away. However, we had just used Trevor to purchase an apartment in Victoria so I asked him about selling my mobile home. Right away, he indicated it would be easy to sell. He was right. He had a multi stage plan which he laid out clearly for me. We got along really well with the prior purchase transaction so I felt really comfortable with him for the sales transaction.
Trevor and Layne came out to the property to do an assessment. They had some good suggestions on what to do and what wasn’t needed to do to prepare for viewings. In short order, they came up with a price they felt was fair. It was agreeable to me so I decided to proceed. His plan wasn’t required. We sold it before it was scheduled to be listed.
It took a couple of try’s, but throughout the process, Trevor was responsive, confident and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending him as either a buying or selling agent.

We hired Trevor originally because we were frustrated with realtors that did not want to invest in marketing beyond the MLS service. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Trevor went out of his way to help us out. He was always available and willing to set up viewings, made it super easy to work with him. He set up an MLS listing and was really adaptable to changing our focus as our search went on and the areas, price, size, etc. shifted (first time buyers!). He set up viewings quickly and on our schedule so we didn't miss anything. He kept us informed during the closing process, explained everything, what documents we needed and where to send documents, and what would happen next so there were no surprises. We found you to be ambitious, confident, honest and a very hard worker despite what time it was in the day. You took a sale that would have been difficult for any realtor and made it as easy and pain free as possible. We were quite surprised and impressed that you even offered to come work on the house to complete the last of the last of the renovations that were on hold due to my injuries. You always kept a positive and inspiring attitude even when there where a few hiccups with the buyers but in the end the right people go the house.
