The neighbourhood of Gleneagles can be found in the municipality of West Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured approach to get around in this neighbourhood is very often a car. It is very convenient to park, and most homes for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. However, Gleneagles is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually just around the corner. It is difficult for people walking to navigate Gleneagles because running daily errands is impractical. The bicycle is a rather poor mode of transportation in this part of West Vancouver because cyclists encounter a considerable amount of hills, and the cycling infrastructure is somewhat poor.

Services

Families will appreciate that no matter where their property is located in Gleneagles, primary schools are close by. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Gleneagles.
