The neighbourhood of Grandview-Woodland is part of the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Grandview-Woodland will please home buyers that value various means of transportation. Walking is very feasible for residents in this neighbourhood; most daily needs can be carried out without needing to use a car, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Active home buyers will also be pleased with the very bike-friendly character of this part of the city. In particular, the cycling network is extensive, and bike-share stations are seldomly more than a few blocks away. Grandview-Woodland is very transit friendly thanks to a multitude of nearby rapid transit stations on the Millennium Line and Expo Line, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. Cars are also a good transportation option in this area. It is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway from any home in this neighbourhood.
