Transportation

Driving is usually the preferred method to move around in Five Acres. It is convenient to park, and most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as trans-canada highway. However, the public transit infrastructure in Five Acres is not very practical. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly very close by. The bicycle is a fairly good means of transportation in Five Acres since the bicycling network is rather extensive. Traveling as a pedestrian is not especially convenient for residents in this area as meeting daily needs is at times difficult without the use of a vehicle.
