Transportation

Norgate will attract physically active house buyers because it is conducive to walking; many common errands can be run without the use of a car, and a variety of businesses are nearby. Commuting by bicycle is also easy in Norgate as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Residents using public transit may have limited choices in Norgate as a result of the low service level. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, getting around by car is very easy in Norgate. It is straightforward to access a place to park, and many houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway.

Services

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away in Norgate.
