The neighbourhood of sector Y is part of the city of Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by car is especially convenient in sector Y. It is a short drive to the nearest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier, from any home in this part of the city, and it is very convenient to park. In contrast, public transit users may experience few options in sector Y by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, residents profit from Brossard on the REM A | Gare Centrale - Brossard. Property owners have access to about 10 bus lines. Travelling on foot is not very convenient for house buyers in sector Y because very few daily needs can be carried out on foot.
