Transportation

This neighbourhood is very car friendly. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot, and nearly the entire the street infrastructure is conducive to driving. On the other hand, the public transit system in sector Y is somewhat poor. Nonetheless, house owners profit from Brossard on the Gare Centrale - Brossard. The neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. The bike is a method of transportation in this part of the city as sector Y is home to a rather limited bicycling infrastructure. Nonetheless, riding a bike is made easier by the generally flat terrain.
