Situated within the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Sector X is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec.

Transportation

Cars are a great means of transportation in this part of Brossard. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit network in sector X is not very accessible. Thankfully, residents benefit from a few bus lines. Travelling on foot is not very convenient for house buyers in sector X because running daily errands is impractical.

Services

Some, but not all, property owners in this neighbourhood will reside within walking distance of the nearest supermarket. In terms of education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in sector X. Likewise, there are only a very small number of daycares and accordingly they can be a very long walk away.

Character

Sector X is relatively calm, thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets. The greenery in this part of Brossard is not very prominent; but residents will benefit from the fact that there are parks in nearby areas outside of the neighbourhood.
