Transportation

Playter Estates enables house buyers to move around using various methods of transportation. The great public transit access allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. More precisely, the nearest rapid transit station, including Broadview Station - Eastbound Platform and Broadview Station - Westbound Platform on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), is usually just around the corner from the greater part of properties in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Playter Estates is also an extremely pleasant part of Toronto for pedestrians; meeting daily needs is very convenient, and various businesses are quite close by.
