Transportation

The car is very often the best means of transportation in Cumberland. It is very easy to find a parking spot. In contrast, Cumberland is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close by. The bike is a fairly poor method of transportation in this part of the city as there are very few bike lanes, and the area is not especially flat. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not very practical for property owners in Cumberland because almost no common errands can be run without a car.

Services

This neighbourhood does not have any high schools or primary schools. Regarding eating, home buyers in this part of the city almost always need a vehicle to do groceries.

Character

The character of Cumberland is exemplified by its relaxed environment. It is easy to get to parks in the neighbourhood, since reaching one is very easy from a large number of properties for sale and there are around 10 green spaces close by for residents to explore.
