Dixie is a neighbourhood within Mississauga, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

No matter the means of transportation, it is quite straightforward to get around in Dixie. The public transit network in Dixie is good. Property owners can depend on the Dixie with access to the Milton. The neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. This area is also convenient for those who travel by foot; many daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle, and a variety of businesses are quite close by. Dixie is reasonably conducive to biking.

Services

Daycares and schools are easy to walk to from anywhere in this part of the city. Families benefit from public and private elementary schools. When it comes to food, it is straightforward to reach both a general and a specialty grocery store by walking from anywhere in Dixie. Additionally, this part of the city is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe.

Character

Dixie offers an extensive selection of green spaces to enjoy, despite its sometimes busy ambience.
