The neighbourhood of Old Milton is part of the town of Milton, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Physically active house buyers will appreciate the reasonably pedestrian-friendly character of this neighbourhood; meeting daily needs is convenient by walking. In contrast, Old Milton is not very conducive to cycling since the bicycling infrastructure is rather poor, and there is a significant amount of slopes. The preferred transportation option in Old Milton is usually driving. It is very easy to find a parking spot, and it is a rather short drive to the nearest highway from any home in Old Milton. In contrast, the public transit network in this part of the town is not very convenient. Thankfully, there is the Milton Station with access to the Milton Line. The neighbourhood is linked by around 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close.
