In contrast, the bike is a rather poor method of transportation in Cedar Wood because there are few bike lanes, and cyclists encounter a significant amount of slopes. This neighbourhood is an extraordinarily good part of Markham for travelling by car. Nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from any home in Cedar Wood, and it is straightforward to park. On the other hand, commuting by public transit is at times challenging in Cedar Wood. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most houses.

Services

In this area, many buildings are single detached homes, while the rest are mainly townhouses. This neighbourhood experienced its main construction boom following the year 2000, so most of the available housing stock is from this era.
