Transportation

Active house buyers will value the reasonably walk-friendly nature of this part of Kitchener; many daily needs can be carried out by walking. Bicycling is also easy in Country Hills as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Country Hills is very car friendly. It is easy to find a parking spot, and many houses for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway. In contrast, public transit riders may experience limited choices in Country Hills by reason of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby.

Services

Parents and their children will appreciate that wherever their home is located in this part of the city, primary schools are nearby. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood.
