Transportation

Regardless of the means of transportation, it is quite convenient to get around in this neighbourhood. Vanier is quite transit friendly. For instance, it is convenient to reach a nearby rapid transit station, such as Fairway Station and Block Line Station on the ION Light Rail, from most properties in the neighbourhood. House owners have access to approximately 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close. It is also easy for pedestrians to navigate Vanier; meeting daily needs is easy. This part of Kitchener is quite suited for biking.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will appreciate the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from most homes for sale in Vanier. On the other hand, this neighbourhood does not have any high schools. At the primary level, there are both public and private schools.
