The former municipality of Old Hamilton can be found in the city of Hamilton, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Regardless of the mode of transportation, it is reasonably straightforward to get around in this area. The transit system in Old Hamilton is convenient. More specifically, homeowners benefit from the West Harbour and Hamilton Go Centre on the Lakeshore West. There are around 40 bus lines passing through the former municipality, and bus stops are generally very close by. It is also convenient for pedestrians to move around in this area; most daily needs are convenient to carry out without a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are reasonably close at hand.
