Transportation

Casablanca & Area is very car friendly. Parking is generally easy, and the majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way. It is challenging to get around by bike in Casablanca & Area because the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are a fair number of slopes for cyclists to brave. It is also inconvenient for people walking to get around in this part of Grimsby since many daily needs are impractical to carry out by walking.

Services

A portion of house buyers in Casablanca & Area may be able to reach the closest grocery store on foot, while others will need another means of transportation. There are also a few options for those who care about restaurants and cafes in close proximity. In terms of education, there are only a very small number of primary schools in this neighbourhood and accordingly they can be a very long walk away.
