Brookville is an extremely good part of Milton for driving. Parking is easy. This part of the town is not very well-suited for those who travel by foot because almost no daily errands can be run without having to use a vehicle. The bicycle is a somewhat poor method of transportation in Brookville as the cycling infrastructure is quite bad, and riding is made arduous by the often steep terrain.

It is a reasonably short walk to get to primary schools from any location in this part of the town. However, this part of Milton does not contain any high schools.
