This part of Hamilton is a very convenient part of Hamilton for travelling by public transit as a consequence of West Harbour on the Lakeshore West, and about 30 nearby bus lines. Active people will also enjoy the especially walk-friendly character of Central; running common errands is easy on foot, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Central is a fairly convenient part of Hamilton for cyclists. In particular, this area has a good cycling infrastructure, and there is always a bike-share station close by.
