Transportation

Cars are a very good transportation option in Courtice. It is convenient to access a place to park. In contrast, the public transit service in this part of the municipality is not very frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. Courtice is not particularly bike-friendly as there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling network is not very well-developed. It is also inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood because few day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are easy to reach on foot from anywhere in Courtice. However, there are only a few high schools and consequently they can be a long walk away. With respect to food, some house buyers in this area may be able to travel to the nearest grocery store on foot, while others will need another means of transportation. Residents benefit from approximately 20 restaurants and coffee shops as well.

Character
