Transportation

This area is an extremely good part of Cambridge for moving around by car. Coming across a parking spot is easy. In contrast, Riverbank No 3 is not very transit friendly. It is very difficult for pedestrians to get around in this area as running common errands is impractical. Riverbank No 3 is also not very conducive to bicycling because there are a good number of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Cambridge. In addition, families may consider it very hard to get to daycares as a pedestrian. Regarding eating, it is very rarely an option for house buyers in this neighbourhood to travel to the nearest grocery store on foot.

Character

Most areas in Riverbank No 3 are quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Parks aren't well-situated, making them occasionally hard to reach. Still, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighbourhoods.
