Transportation

This area has a good public transit system. More specifically, the neighbourhood is connected by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. In contrast, Steeles Industrial is not very suited for biking because the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are a good number of hills. It is challenging for people walking to navigate Steeles Industrial because few daily needs can be met without having to use a car. However, driving is a great means of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is very convenient to park, and most real estate listings are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 407.

Services

The nearest grocery store in this part of Brampton is usually only a reasonably short walk away. Residents benefit from approximately 20 restaurants and cafes as well. Concerning education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Brampton. Additionally, daycares are not numerous and thus tend to require a very long walk to get to.

Character

There is a great variety of green spaces in Steeles Industrial. There are a few green spaces nearby for residents to explore, like Sam Rayson Valley and Kuehne Park South, and they are especially well-situated, making them easy to get to. Due to the presence of very few pedestrians, this area remains relatively calm.
