Transportation

This neighbourhood will attract homeowners that appreciate different means of transportation. This neighbourhood is transit friendly owing to Bramalea on the Kitchener, and around 20 nearby bus lines. Steeles Industrial is also amenable to bicycling. It is sometimes challenging for pedestrians to navigate this part of Brampton because few daily errands can be run on foot. In contrast, driving is an excellent transportation option in this part of the city. The majority of properties for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 410, and parking is quite easy.

Services

High schools tend to be a very long walk away, and there are no primary schools in Steeles Industrial. Moreover, it can be difficult to get to daycares as a pedestrian.
