North Street is a neighbourhood within Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the best mode of transportation in this part of the municipality. It is especially convenient to come across a place to park, and it is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway from any location in this area. In contrast, the public transit system in this part of Halifax is fairly poor.
