Services

Character

The noise levels in Clam Bay are especially low, as the streets are generally very calm. Parks aren't well-spread out, which makes it very difficult to get to them. Still, there are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy.

Housing

The substantial proportion of single detached homes in the housing stock of Clam Bay is an important part of its character. About one third of properties in this area were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while many of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This area is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Around 90% of the units in the community are occupied by homeowners while the remainder are rented.
