Situated within the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, Donavan Terrace is a neighbourhood in Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Transportation

Driving is very often the preferred way to move around in Donavan Terrace. It is especially convenient to park, and nearby highways are very easy to drive to from any location in this part of Paradise. In contrast, public transit riders may find limited options in Donavan Terrace due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually a short walk away. Donavan Terrace is not very bike-friendly since cyclists are faced with a significant amount of slopes, and the cycling network is not very well-developed. Nonetheless, some pleasant pockets for cycling exist. Travelling on foot is also not very feasible for property owners in Donavan Terrace since carrying out day-to-day needs is difficult.

Services

Accessing the nearest grocery store on foot is practical for some, but not all, property owners in this part of Paradise. A small selection of restaurants is available in Donavan Terrace as well.
