Located within the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, Pearlview is a neighbourhood within Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in Pearlview. Coming across a parking spot is easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway. However, Pearlview is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. Pearlview is not very suitable for walking because few daily needs can be carried out on foot. It is also at times challenging to move around by bike in this area as there is a significant amount of slopes, and this area is home to a rather limited bicycling infrastructure.

Services

Getting to the nearest supermarket on foot is feasible for some, but not all, house buyers in Pearlview. With respect to education, families will find that no matter where their home is located in this area, daycares are close by. However, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this part of Mount Pearl.
