The neighbourhood of Donavan Terrace is part of the town of Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, which is located in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the preferred mode of transportation in Donavan Terrace. It is a short drive to the nearest highway, such as I1:17:21 Highway, from anywhere in this part of Paradise, and finding a parking spot is easy. However, this part of Paradise is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Cycling is convenient in Donavan Terrace. It is inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood because very few daily errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

It is sometimes possible for home buyers in this part of the town to purchase their groceries by walking. Additionally, a cafe is typically a reasonably short walk away, and there are also a few opportunities for those who care about close by restaurants.
