Donavans

Donavans is a neighbourhood in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, which is in the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Donavans. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot, and nearby highways are very easy to reach from any location in this part of Mount Pearl. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be difficult in Donavans by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Donavans is not particularly cycling-friendly since the terrain is not particularly flat, and there are few bike lanes. Travelling on foot is also not very practical for home buyers in this part of the city since few daily needs can be carried out by walking.

Services

It is a rather short walk to reach primary schools and daycares from most houses for sale in Donavans. On the other hand, Donavans does not contain any high schools. Regarding eating, property owners in this part of the city will appreciate that a grocery store is always only a rather short walk away. A limited number of restaurants and cafes can be found as well.
