This neighbourhood is especially car friendly. Most houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, and it is very easy to find a place to park. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for home buyers in this neighbourhood since running common errands is difficult by walking.

Services

In vast majority cases, a car is needed in this part of Fredericton to access the closest supermarket. There are a few choices for those who care about restaurants within walking distance. When it comes to education, there are only a limited number of primary schools in this part of the city and therefore they can be an extended walk away.
