Part of the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area, South Devon is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Transportation

Driving is usually the favoured way to navigate South Devon. The majority of real estate listings are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is very easy to access a place to park. On the other hand, residents using public transit may experience few options in this part of the city as a result of the service's low frequency.
