South Devon

Part of the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area, South Devon is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Transportation

South Devon is an extraordinarily convenient part of Fredericton for driving. Parking is generally easy, and many homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway. However, the public transit service in this part of the city is not very frequent. Nevertheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally around the corner. This part of the city is not particularly conducive to those who like to travel as pedestrians since few daily needs can be met without the use of a car. On the other hand, South Devon is conducive to bicycling.
