He knew when I was feeling nervous or stressed and took the extra time to communicate the information I needed to put my nerves at ease. He is talented in marketing strategies and sold our condo for the highest comparable sale in the building, 11% over asking.

Michael Thorne’s passion for his community, and his dedication of time to it, was a big factor when selecting him. When planning showings he considered my criteria and focused on showing me properties that contained as many of those elements as possible. While Michael was very professional, friendly (and many more good qualities too!) an option even stronger than excellent is required for the patience category! Rarely have I met someone as patient as he.

We had an amazing experience and could not have been happier. We were not the easiest couple to find the perfect place for nor the easiest to show places to as we have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old, however Jorda and Trisha were beyond patient, understanding and helpful. We found the perfect place to call home thanks to all their efforts. Michael made up a virtual doll house of our new home so that we could get the best perspective of where our furniture would go in upon moving. We first contacted TMB (Trisha, to be precise) in May 2016 when we were living in London, UK. Right from the outset Trish was incredibly helpful as we grappled with the plans and complexity of moving from the UK to BC. She was always available to help us remotely while we were still so far away. When we finally came over to view properties in Langley in July 2016, Trish was way ahead of us with planning things; and while the market was hot (and many of the properties we wished to look at had already sold) Trish had sourced many options for us and arranged viewings around our tight - and rather jetlagged schedule. Trish offered ideas, options amd areas that we had not even considered and we actually ended up buying one of the properties in an area that we had not even considered before coming. We are so thankful for this - we love Murrayville! The property we bought in 2016 is the one we have just sold through TMB and this time around we have enjoyed the company of Trish, Jorda and Michael during the process of preparing our place for sale and finding/buying our new home. We could not be happier with the results and we are so excited to be moving. We are so glad we made that phone call three and a half years ago, it's made a huge difference to us. Patient, knowledgeable about the area, well informed about how to sell and buy, fun to work with and always available to assist with the wrinkles that come up in the process of buying a new place.
