Transportation

The best approach to get around in this neighbourhood is very often a car. It is especially convenient to park, and nearby highways, such as Highway 99, are very easy to reach from any location in Eagle Harbour. On the other hand, the public transit service in Eagle Harbour is quite bad. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally close by. Eagle Harbour is not very well-suited for those who travel by foot since most daily needs are very difficult to meet on foot. This area is also not very appropriate for cycling as there are few bike lanes, and cyclists are faced with quite a few elevation changes. Nevertheless, bicycling is better in certain sectors than others.

Services

The predominant housing types in this part of West Vancouver are single detached homes and townhouses.
