Located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Deer Ridge is a neighbourhood within West Vancouver, British Columbia.

Transportation

Driving is usually the best approach to navigate Deer Ridge. Most properties for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and parking is easy. On the other hand, travelling by public transit is very hard in this area. Deer Ridge is not very cycling-friendly since there are very few bike lanes, and there is a significant amount of hills. Deer Ridge is also not very well-suited for pedestrians because carrying out daily needs is impractical without a vehicle.

Services

In all cases, a vehicle is required to buy groceries. Regarding education, both primary and secondary schools are especially convenient to access without a car from most houses for sale in Deer Ridge. In contrast, daycares are not particularly abundant and therefore may require an extended walk to get to.
