King George Corridor

King George Corridor is a neighbourhood in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, which is located within the province of British Columbia, Canada.

Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in this neighbourhood. Many properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 99, and it is straightforward to access a place to park. On the other hand, King George Corridor is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Travelling by foot is not very common in this neighbourhood, even though many daily errands can be run without the use of a car. This area is also not very amenable to bicycling as the cycling network is sometimes poor, and there is a considerable amount of elevation changes.

Services

It is easy to access the closest supermarket by walking in King George Corridor. A small variety of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. When it comes to education, in King George Corridor, parents and their children will often be able to reach daycares and schools by walking.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a calm environment will enjoy King George Corridor. The noise levels in this part of the city are reasonably low, as the streets are tranquil - however some areas can be quite noisy, especially closer to Highway 99 or the railway line.
