The neighbourhood of North Quadra is part of the municipality of Saanich, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Victoria metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a great transportation option in this part of the municipality. It is very convenient to park, and most homes for sale are a short drive from the closest highway. On the other hand, commuting by public transit is challenging in North Quadra. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. Walking is not very popular in North Quadra, despite the fact that meeting daily needs is convenient.

Services

The nearest supermarket in this area is usually only a reasonably short walk away. Residents can enjoy a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. In terms of education, parents and their kids will find that wherever their property is situated in this part of the municipality, schools and daycares are close by.

Character

The character of North Quadra is exemplified by its slower-paced ambience.
