The neighbourhood of Saanich Core is part of the municipality of Saanich, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Victoria metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood presents homeowners with several alternative means of transportation. Saanich Core is quite transit friendly. Residents are served by approximately 30 bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. Driving is also a very good transportation option in Saanich Core. It is easy to come across a place to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway. This area will attract active home buyers as it is quite suitable for those who travel by foot; running daily errands is easy, and various businesses are nearby.

Services

It is very often an option for house buyers in Saanich Core to shop for general and specialty groceries on foot. Additionally, there is generally a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.
