East Cambie

East Cambie is a neighbourhood within Richmond, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

East Cambie is a fairly pleasant part of Richmond for pedestrians; carrying out daily needs is easy without a vehicle. This area is also fairly suited for bicycling. East Cambie is not especially transit friendly. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close by. However, driving is a great medium of transportation in East Cambie. It is easy to come across a place to park, and nearby highways, such as Highway 91 Offramp, are very easy to access from any home in East Cambie.

Services

Parents and their children will value that no matter where their house is situated in East Cambie, daycares and schools are close by. Besides public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. With respect to eating, a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a rather short stroll away in this part of the city. In addition, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a fair number of choices, and there are also a few coffee shops in East Cambie.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a calm atmosphere will enjoy East Cambie. There are approximately 30 public green spaces close by for residents to unwind in and they are very well-located, which makes them very easy to reach.
