Thanks to 2 rapid transit stations (Columbia Station and New Westminster Station) with access to the Expo Skytrain, and a few nearby bus lines, property owners can rely on public transit to navigate Downtown. This neighbourhood is also quite suitable for walking; meeting day-to-day needs is convenient on foot, and plenty of businesses are reasonably close by. Commuting by bicycle is easy in Downtown since there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

Likewise, this part of the city is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe, for example along Columbia Street.
