Transportation

Regardless of the medium of transportation, it is reasonably convenient to travel in North Arm South. Thanks to a few nearby bus lines, the public transit network in North Arm South is quite convenient. Walking is not especially practical for property owners in this neighbourhood because most daily needs are sometimes difficult to meet by walking. This part of New Westminster is reasonably suited for cycling as there are not many hills to confront cyclists, and the bicycling network is comprehensive. Cars are also a great transportation option in North Arm South. Nearby highways are very easy to access from anywhere in this part of New Westminster, and coming across a place to park is easy.

Services

Daycares and schools are convenient to reach on foot from any location in this area. With respect to food, a supermarket is usually reachable within a rather short walk from most properties for sale in this part of New Westminster. Residents are served by around 20 restaurants and cafes as well. Additionally, it is easy to get to a variety of clothing stores on foot.

Character

North Arm South offers a reasonably good selection of green spaces to enjoy. This part of the city is relatively quiet, as there are few people out and about on the streets, although noise levels are higher closer to the railway line.
