Westridge is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Westridge will draw property owners that value a diversity of modes of transportation. Travelling by car is straightforward in this neighbourhood. It is easy to access a parking spot. Residents can also count on public transit to move around in Westridge due to a few nearby bus lines. It is at times difficult for people walking to get around in this area as most daily needs are sometimes difficult to carry out without having to use a vehicle. In contrast, moving around by bicycle is convenient in this part of Burnaby as there are a fair number of bike lanes.

Services

In Westridge, parents and their kids will usually be able to reach daycares and primary schools by walking. However, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood. As far as food is concerned, a fraction of home buyers in this area may be able to travel to the nearest supermarket on foot, while others will have to use a vehicle. A small number of restaurants and cafes are available as well.
