Transportation

Lochdale allows property owners to get around by several means of transportation. Thanks to a few nearby bus lines, this part of Burnaby is quite transit friendly. This area is not especially conducive to those who travel by foot as few daily needs can be carried out by walking. Moving around by bicycle is easy in Lochdale since there are a fair number of bike lanes. The preferred method to get around in Lochdale is often driving. Coming across a place to park is generally easy.

Services

Some, but not all, home buyers in this part of Burnaby will live within walking distance of the nearest supermarket. A small variety of restaurants and cafes can be found as well. Regarding education, in this part of the city, parents and their children will usually be able to reach primary schools and daycares on foot. On the other hand, Lochdale does not contain any high schools.
