Driving is a fairly good transportation option in this area. Coming across a place to park is easy. In contrast, this part of the city does not contain any high schools. As far as food is concerned, a supermarket is ordinarily accessible within a short walk from most properties for sale in City Centre. In addition, there are a good number of opportunities for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. It is also a rather short distance to a decent selection of clothing stores, for example along Bernard Avenue.

Character

Around 45% of properties in this neighbourhood were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while many of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s.
