Transportation

City Centre is very well-suited for those who travel by foot; many daily needs are easy to meet without having to use a car, and numerous businesses are nearby. This neighbourhood is also a very convenient part of Kelowna for cyclists. For example, the bicycling network is good. Cars are a good transportation option in City Centre. It is convenient to come across a parking spot. In contrast, the public transit service in City Centre is sometimes poor. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop.

Services

Daycares and schools are straightforward to access on foot from any location in this neighbourhood. Along with public schools, there are private elementary and secondary schools. In terms of eating, home buyers in City Centre will be pleased to learn that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a rather short walk away. Furthermore, there is often a restaurant or cafe in close proximity, for instance along Bernard Avenue.
