Transportation

Sunbury-Terrace is an extraordinarily convenient part of Delta for moving around by car. It is very easy to park, and most real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway. In contrast, the public transit system in Sunbury-Terrace is not very practical. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. The bicycle is a somewhat poor mode of transportation in this part of the municipality because there are quite a few slopes. Thankfully, this area is home to a fairly good cycling infrastructure. Walking is also not very feasible for residents in this area as very few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

House buyers in Sunbury-Terrace usually need a vehicle to travel to the closest supermarket. When it comes to education, families will welcome the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from the majority of homes for sale in this neighbourhood.
